| Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead in the planning, implementation and evaluation of new and expanded clinical programs and services, assuring appropriate resource for the delivery of care.
- Develop and implement clinical specific financial goals, perform strategic and tactical planning by establishing short and long term objectives.
- Direct and oversee all clinical operations for Outpatient Services.
- Monitor clinical facilities, environment, assuring via other support services that the facility is maintained in as safe & clean manner and present a professional environment at all times.
- Oversee and ensure that there is effective deployment and patient scheduling, data management customer care etc leads to achievement of KPIS.
- Monitor adherence to change in integrated health care delivery systems such as work restructuring, technological innovations and shifts in the focus of care
- Provide a dynamic and individually responsive outpatient service to patient and their families, ensure that all clinical & therapeutic care delivered meets the needs of patients within organizational and quality care standards.Supervise and evaluate work activities of the clinic to improve service utilization.

- Proven clinical and professional management ability, risk management and excellent leadership skills.
