| Job Description: |
- End to end processing of payroll.
- On-going maintenance of payroll system and leaves Management .
- Updating and maintaining payroll records.
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Maintaining leaves, overtime & other payroll related reports.
- Contract Management of Contractual employees and consultants.
- Processing of statutory payments.
- Resolving Payroll Discrepancies with Internal Audit Department
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of HR Information System.
- Attendance Management & Reportings on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
- Fully implementation of HRIS
- Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
- Documentation Management regarding Payroll and related files.
