Coordinate with the production team by assigning work generated from the sales team through online portals (freelancer.com, upwork.com)

     Understand the requirements of an awarded project, compile the description, post on the project portal and coordinate with production managers/team for the completion of work.

     Manage the project portal and the sales sheet and update all information, data, feedback, stats, etc.

     Coordinate directly with a client once a project is awarded, deliver the work, update the client in a timely manner and take care of revisions/feedbacks.

     Prepare the scope of work documents, with the production manager and sales agent.

     Understand a sales agent, sales and work criteria and follow the same pattern, chat tone, work procedure.
