Key Responsibilities
· Setting sales targets for individual territory managers and teams
· Allocating areas to territory managers
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding of Prescribers doctors base
· Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
· Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
· Provide ongoing training for the territory managers so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner
· Development of Performing Teams and future Managers
· Servicing the ethical needs of doctors within the company SOPs
· Monitoring competitor activities
· Efficient reporting to the Office for Competitors activities and Plans for Business & Employees Growth
· Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures on given dates and Formats
· Maintenance and Increase in the Pool of Key Opinion Leaders for Company Products Prescriptions
· Submissions and Maintenance of Morning/Evening work plans for all Team Members
· Chemists coverage – Regular visits to leading chemists and solving their grievances
· Implementation of strategies Given by Head Office and Field Seniors
· Campaigns plans and executions
· Balanced and justified distribution of bricks for all Team Members
· Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the company's guidelines & Code of Conduct (SOP’s)
· Management of distributors Performance and Solving the Problems
· RES – Responsible for in time submission for all/accuracy (RES and MREP)
This position will report directly to National Sales Manager.
