Job Description:

  • Design enterprise architect methodology for BPM.

  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

  • Produce high output, high efficiency delivery of work items from inception through acceptance.

  • Understand and disseminate product architecture and domain for team enabling efficient, quality code delivery.

  • Understand and disseminate development standards and patterns to team developers.

  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing appropriate documentation, workflows, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and code comments.

  • Ensure to deploy the solution to Test/UAT Environment for QA/Business review.

  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.

  • Updates job knowledge by studying state-of- the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.

  • Enterprise architect should act as a mediator between business and IT


Requires Skills: 



  • Must have experience in Business Processes Modelling using BPM tool

  • Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, JAVA and XPATH

  • Expertise in Web Services, Web Service Security, etc.

  • Experience with implementing MQ Publish/Subscribe messaging patterns.

  • Understanding of Event Driven Architecture

  • Must have a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work on teams.

  • Must have system integration experience using middleware.

  • Must have experience of real time distributed applications using message passing interfacing.

  • Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
