Job Description: |
- Plan and manage employee engagement events such as sports galas, award ceremonies, and monthly recognition programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of engagement activities.
- Develop and disseminate communication materials related to engagement activities, including invitations, announcements, and event reports.
- Implement and manage programs to recognize employee achievements and milestones, such as longevity awards and Employee of the Month.
- Manage the budget for engagement activities, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for employee engagement and implement innovative ideas to boost morale and participation.
- Prepare and present reports on engagement activities and their impact on employee satisfaction and retention.
