Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Founder, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of daily operations.
- Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key sales partners and business stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations, strategic documents, reports, and other executive-level communications.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings on behalf of the Founder, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
- Oversee the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of appointments.
- Manage incoming communication, assess its importance, and respond or redirect as necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Perform any additional administrative or relationship management tasks assigned by the Founder.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in a similar executive assistant, relationship manager, or administrative role.
- Background in the Fintech or IT industry will be a strong advantage.
- MBA from a reputable institute (LUMS, NUST, IBA preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lahore and during the assigned shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM).
