We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our medical billing services in the U.S. healthcare market. If you’re someone who loves sales, believes in performance-based growth, and wants to be part of a fast-scaling international business, this role is built for you.
You’ll be pitching our medical billing and revenue cycle management services to doctors, clinics, and dental practices in the U.S. The more clients you close and retain, the more you earn—your income grows based on client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to healthcare providers in the U.S.
- Close deals and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline and sales growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for sales and business development
- Interest or experience in medical billing or U.S. healthcare
- Willingness to work commission-based (with long-term earning potential)
- No issues with night shifts or flexible hours
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings/events

Compensation Structure:

Commission-based only (no fixed base salary initially)
