Key Responsibilities
- Market Presence & Customer Relationships:
- Strengthen market presence in the Karachi region by promoting Escorts Advanced Textiles products, participating in industry events, and driving sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Expansion:
- Acquire new customers and expand the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather and report market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and maintain updated customer databases.
- Ensure timely order dispatch, credit limit monitoring, and follow-up on payments.
- Market Development & Knowledge Sharing:
- Engage in market development initiatives and propose training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate team knowledge sharing to align with market trends and organizational goals.
- System Integration & Compliance:
