Job Description: |
- Location: On-Site at DHA Raya, Lahore
- Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday–FridayWe’re hiring a Sales Manager/Team Leader to lead our outbound sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and execute sales strategies across verticals: high-tech, healthcare, finance, and media.
- Meet/exceed revenue targets and position Systexis as a trusted IT advisor.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Drive prospecting, lead qualification, and CXO-level deal closures.
- Develop pricing strategies and manage contract negotiations.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor SDRs and campaign teams.
- Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and improve conversion rates.
- Hire and onboard new team members.
Lead & CRM Oversight
- Manage pipeline through CRM/spreadsheets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and optimize conversion from outreach to meetings.
Client Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.
- Represent Systexis at industry events and networking functions.
Performance Reporting
- Deliver weekly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and identify process improvements.
- Align outbound efforts with marketing goals and campaign results.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in sales leadership or business development within IT/professional services.
- Proven success closing enterprise accounts and exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of outbound strategies and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related; MBA a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced, agile or startup environments is a strong advantage.
