Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Innovation:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, IoT, AI, and data analytics.
  • Foster innovation and research to maintain a competitive edge in the O&M sector.

Operational & Maintenance Technology Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies.
  • Ensure the integration of smart monitoring systems for real-time asset management.
  • Enhance reliability and sustainability of operations through technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineer/WTG Technical Engineers and technology professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology-driven improvements.
  • Develop training programs to enhance technological competency within the company.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance:

  • Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Engage with vendors, partners, and industry experts to leverage external expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Represent the company in technology forums, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the O&M, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation and automation.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance and smart monitoring solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to O&M technology.
  • Certifications or relevant industry credentials.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green energy initiatives.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with frequent travel to client sites and industry events.
