Job Description:

  • Provide top-notch customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the financial services.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and responses.
  • Provide guidance on federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to tax documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to customers.
  • Guide customers on using tax software and tools to complete their tax filings.
  • Provide educational resources to customers to enhance their understanding of tax obligations and compliance.
  • Offer insights and advice on tax deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.
  • Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an international customer support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Tech Savy and how to use Google Sheets & Docs .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries.
  • Familiarity with using chatbots.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Details:Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (Night Shift)
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Timings: 8PM - 6AM
