Job Description:

We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and proactive female candidate to join our team in a multi-functional role combining reception duties, customer support, and sales support. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and have a strong command of communication and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities professionally




  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries




  • Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up




  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining records




  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics




  • Maintain customer databases and support CRM entries




  • Ensure timely communication between departments and clients




Requirements:




  • Female candidates only




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills




  • Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, or sales support roles is a plus




  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities




  • Professional appearance and attitude




  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
