We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of PPC strategies, and a proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and conversions while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to improve performance.
• Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to enhance conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Generate detailed reports on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure proper conversion tracking setup.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page best practices.
• Knowledge of remarketing strategies and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
