Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's long-term financial strategy.
• Advise on growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market expansion.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial modeling, forecasting, and business insights.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to stakeholders.

Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

• Analyze margins, pricing models, and profitability across product lines.
• Monitor and reduce overhead and logistics costs while ensuring fulfillment performance.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and optimize working capital.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Manage internal controls, audits, tax planning, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks, including vendor credit and customer terms.
• Oversee insurance, legal, and contractual matters affecting financial performance.

Capital Structure & Treasury

• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital funding strategies.
• Optimize working capital and cash conversion cycles specific to the wholesale environment.
• Forecast liquidity needs and secure financing for operations and growth initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
