Job Description: |
- SPI/SPTs – nil ground damages, nil miss loads (load reconciliation must be controlled).
- Bird strikes – in case of incidents, the report must be sent to Arun, Sean, and me within 3h from the incident time. An incident report must include information, where the incident happened if bird scaring procedures were followed before FZ arrival, and if not, what actions were taken to avoid recurrence.
- Ramp Safety Check list – audits must be done min twice per month. Any service failures must be highlighted, and you must be cc to take immediate corrective actions. Ramp check lists with nil findings shall be considered as invalid and must be redone.
- QA audit findings must be closed within a 2-week time.
- ASMs must spend min 3 flights/week on the ramp and report their observations directly to you with flight details, max 1h after departure.
- Any GH delay penalty must be recovered from handling charges immediately without HQ follow-up. Credit note must be arranged by the ASM.
- GSR must be raised via EFOS for any ground safety incident within 2 hours of the incident time.
- INAD registration on Smartsheet and follow up on investigations within 12h from the time the report was raised on EFOS.
- AHL, DPR closure within 5 days (bulk offloads shall be excluded)
- OHD – 100% OHD cases must be raised.
- FZ Product and Procedures briefing presentation – all check-in staff – 100% compliance.
- Performs other duties as may be requested by RASM - Pakistan / DCO - Pakistan.
