Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing services
- Achieve sales goals and manage records efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in telesales or international BPO
- Skilled in cold calling and email marketing
- Comfortable with night shift and DHA Phase 8 commute
