We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Call Center Agent ( Multiple Positions ) to join our team in UK BASED Campaigns

As an Agent, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and promoting & selling our services.

• Identify potential clients with cold calling.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients and market challenges.
• Aligning our services in accordance to the requirements and circumstances
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff of organizations.
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients, showcasing USPs
• Delivering well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
• Being outspoken for suggestions to improve future sales strategies
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Keeping a detailed record of all the activities completed/progress
• Maintaining secrecy and integrity while accessing clients' data

Qualification Required :

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fresh candidates can also apply.
• Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience isa  must.
• BPO Experience will be preferred
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in UK Timing (2pm-10PM)
