We are looking for an experienced and fully committed operations manager to take full responsibility over the daily operations of a digital business. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. We are looking for someone who treats the business as their own, someone who brings structure, consistency, and accountability to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a remote team of 10+ people (support, creative, logistics, etc.)
• Track performance, enforce standards, and ensure daily reporting
• Oversee operations across e-commerce, dropshipping or affiliate projects
• Monitor tasks and timelines, ensuring team execution without delays
• Take full ownership of internal systems (Slack, Trello, Google Drive, etc.)
• Serve as the direct point of contact between the founder and the team
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve operational issues

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team of at least 8–10 people
• Familiar with e-commerce, dropshipping, or affiliate marketing operations
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, creatives, funnels)
• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads (not necessarily a media buyer, but must understand the structure and logic)
• Fast learner, sharp thinker, proactive attitude
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Highly flexible: available for follow-up and reporting on Saturdays and Sundays, especially in the first months
