Specific duties and responsibilities  

• Furnishing daily, Bakery progress report of product.
• Verifying and signing all raw material goods.
• To maintain daily checklist and keep it in record.
• Coordinate with FSE and setter to minimize non-conformity.
• Check the quality of products in each and every section and report to Manager.
• Verify the environment neat and clean at all the time.
• Ensure compliance authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for audits and inspections.
• Coordinate and support external audits).
• Investigate and report non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct food safety and hygiene training for production, packing, and sanitation staff.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation schedules, ensuring proper implementation.
• Verify traceability and recall procedures, when necessary.
• Support new product development in terms of labeling, allergen control, and ingredient safety.
• Maintain safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in production or sanitation.
• Keep a good moral attitude with his subordinate and colleagues.
• Check the in process and finished product Quality According to standards.
• Acquire awareness about food safety, ISO, HACCAP, GMP and Halal Management System.
• Ensure the cleanest possible environment in production Sections.
• Ensuring House Keeping staff is proper working
• Product Registration, Staff Medicals applying and Packaging matters
• Other Tasks assigned by Management.
