| Job Description: |
- Lead origination, structuring, and execution of corporate and investment banking transactions across debt, equity, and hybrid instruments
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, regulators, and local/international investors
- Provide strategic advice on M&A, project finance, capital raising, joint ventures, capital structuring, and private placements
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations for management and clients
- Oversee risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and transaction execution
- Manage the preparation of transaction documents, including term sheets, investor decks, IMs, and legal agreements
- Stay informed on market trends, capital markets, economic outlook, and regulatory changes
- Contribute to internal frameworks, risk policies, investment guidelines, and process manuals
- Mentor and lead a team of banking and finance professionals to ensure high performance and skill development
- Represent the firm in high-level meetings with C-suite executives, boards, regulatory bodies (SBP, SECP), and key partners
