| Job Description: |
- Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate and investment banking business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, financial markets, and regulatory changes
- Manage and expand relationships with large corporate clients, institutional investors, and key stakeholders
- Develop financial models of the potential projects and write business proposal
- Structure and execute corporate financing solutions, including term loans, working capital, trade finance, and syndicated loans
- Oversee investment banking transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and debt/equity advisory
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for corporate clients
- Conduct variance analysis, providing actionable insights to enhance portfolio performance
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior stakeholders
- Prepare financial feasibility and work closely with external transaction advisory firms and banks for the successful financial close.
