Requirements
1. Master degree or above, with more than 10 years of experience in the automotive, transportation, and energy industries
2. Have a profound understanding of policies, technological trends, and user needs in the new energy industry
3. Having abundant government, automotive, and capital resources, able to lead cross industry cooperation negotiations;
4. Possess team management experience of over a thousand people, proficient in organizational change and cultural shaping; with international thinking;
