Job Description: |
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our inoffice team for night shift operations (6pm–4am). This fulltime role involves managing email, live chat, and occasional phone support for our USbased clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone as needed
- Deliver accurate, timely resolutions in a professional manner
- Document each interaction and maintain uptodate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to communication protocols and uphold a courteous tone
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting US clients
- Strong multitasking, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Must be based in Lahore and available for 6pm–4am shifts
- Serious about longterm career growth (students and fresh graduates are not eligible)
