Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and courteous Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction across various channels including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and live chat support professionally.

  • Address customer complaints, questions, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical) for issue resolution.

  • Stay updated on products, services, and company policies.

  • Meet individual performance KPIs (call handling time, satisfaction score, etc.).
