Key Responsibilities:

     Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

     Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, best practices, and new suppliers to optimize the procurement process.

     Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and lead initiatives to achieve these goals.

     Manage local social compliance audits and PSI inspections of outbound containers with Karachi factories.

     Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures, in all sourcing and procurement activities.

     Develop and maintain procurement metrics to measure supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress towards targets. Shipping targets are critical when dealing with Home Depot or Walmart.

     Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and supplier performance management.

     Assist leadership team with strategic growth initiatives. This may range from product development to marketing and sales; or team building and human resource initiatives.
