We are seeking a resource who can altogether lead the function of R&D, Product development and Quality assurance. The role would be to develop practices and procedures related to the above departments and lead the respective teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance function within the Circular Knitting Department/ Lead R&D and Product Development activities across Circular Knitting, Flat Knitting, and Spinning departments.
• Develop & establish quality control systems through ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle/ Design and integrate Product Development modules in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to ensure traceability, data accuracy, and process transparency.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using standardized methods like the Fishbone Diagram and implement preventive action plans/ Establish and implement robust Quality Assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices in leading textile companies.
