We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ReactJS Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our frontend development team. You will be responsible for building intuitive and dynamic web applications that offer great user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality using React.js
• Build and maintain reusable UI components
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and interactive designs
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability
• Ensure code quality through consistent coding standards and documentation
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ features
• Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Proficiency in using tools like Git for version control
• Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks
• Exposure to performance optimization techniques
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
