- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Physicians, Practice Managers, CFOs).- Leverage your deep RCM knowledge to provide consultative, ROI-driven solutions.
- Guide a dynamic team and collaborate with marketing to refine our market approach.

- 6+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience, specifically in medical billing/RCM.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, billing codes, payer mix, and HIPAA.-
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.- Mastery of sales tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
